The 2006 Sixth Biennial Symposium of the Comparative Nutrition Society was held August 4-9, 2006 at the Keystone Resort and Conference Center, in Keystone, CO.

PRESENTATIONS
Two student travel awards were given to:
- Kimberly Reigh for her abstract Ontogenetic Shifts in diet and habitat of juvenile sea turtles: evidence from stable isotopes
- Alison Roark for her abstract Life history responses to patterns of food intake in Indian stick insects
Three student presentation awards were given to:
- Claudia Ihl for her oral presentation Nutritional value of moss for Arctic ruminants: a text with muskoxen
- Julie Richmond for her oral presentation Effect of prey composition on the endocrine response to nutrient restriction and re-alimentation in Steller sea lions (Eumetopias jubatus)
- Ed Parsons for his poster presentation Does algae consumption enhance carotenoid-based coloration in bluegill sunfish?
